Art In Motion Jewelry pieces are handcrafted by Artist Cheryl Whitney-Huebner. Each piece is unique and one of a kind. I do not mass produce my pieces and each one is created, photographed and carefully packaged by my hands only. Only the highest quality materials, ethically sourced stones are used in my work.
D E T A I L S: SKY DANCER - #1 in a series of unique wearable mini kinitec art sculptures. Kinetic Art Jewelry Pendant suspended on supple deer skin leather. The necklace is 36" in length, and completely adjustable. (Pendant Shown is 5 inches long and 3 inches wide). 31 carrots of Blue Hubei Turquoise stone on one side of the paddles and rose-cut quartz on the opposite side. Each component was created for movement, light refraction, and texture. Such as kinetic garden sculpture, all pieces spin and meet up with the other piece to make more movement. I drew this in my sketchbook in Feb. 2019 and was just now brave enough to attempt creating it. Fun to play with and definitely a conversation starter.
Please be aware that each piece of jewelry I make by hand and starts out as raw precious metal. You can expect slight variations or inclusions, thus adding to the uniqueness of each piece.
